The Turk head switch is designed for use by individuals with limited upper and lower extremity strength and coordination as result of cerebral palsy, stroke, and spinal cord injuries.  The headrests contain either 1, 2, or 3 integral switches operated by pressure pads under the headrest cover.

Independent adjusters allow the pressure to be set for each individual switch according to the users needs. By setting an adjuster to maximum pressure it is possible to temporarily disable a switch for training purposes.

The Turk head switch can be configured to work with most communication devices and can be supplied with a wide variety of fixing accessories. Turk head switches are supplied with a machine washable upholstered cover available in a choice of colors.
